India has become the country of tourist after the e-Visa India and Visa on arrival services has started. The Indian government is making it all easy for the tourist all over the world to visit India without a hassle. So far, India has allowed 75 countries to get eligible for a tourist visa on arrival. The government is at its edge adding more countries in the list.

Here is the list of countries that are eligible for visa on arrival in India.

What is the validity of visa on arrival in India?

It is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. One must pay the fee at least 3 days before the date of arrival in the country.

What is the fee for Visa on arrival in India?

It is not much, as less as $60. However this fee is not refundable, once you made the payment then it cannot be refundable.

Eligibility of Visa on Arrival

  • A Foreign national is eligible who is visiting India with the purpose of sightseeing, meeting friends, business meeting, and medical treatment.  
  • He/she must have a valid passport with the validity of six months at least at the time of approval of visa on arrival.
  • He/she must have a return or onward journey ticket both together.
  • Candidate with a separate passport can only be eligible for the visa on arrival.
